Alan Jay Feldman

Attorney Alan Feldman is a founding partner of Allen, Wertz & Feldman. He is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers School of Law and also attended The New England School of Law in Boston with honors. He represents clients in a wide variety of business counseling and real property matters, civil litigation, personal injuries, commercial litigation & arbitration and domestic matters. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and Pitkin County Bar Association. His principal Bar Admissions are in New York, Colorado, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Alan is also the President of the Board of Directors for Grass Roots Television in Aspen.

Jeffrey Larkin Wertz

Attorney Jeff Wertz earned his law degree in 1996 from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, where he was honored as a member of Law Review and was twice elected President of his class. After two years as a criminal prosecutor for Colorado’s Ninth Judicial District, he established a private litigation practice in Aspen where he has been representing clients in business & corporate matters, criminal defense, construction law, civil litigation, injury litigation and commercial litigation. Jeff is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar; he is a member of the National Legal Committee of NORML. Jeff’s Bar admissions include Pennsylvania, Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Jeff serves his local community as a member of the City of Aspen Liquor Licensing Authority and as a frequent volunteer for local non-profits.
